When joining, a $300.00 Office Application fee is required, as well as any

Going forward:
Biannual Billing: $870.00 every 6 months
Due dates: April 1st & October 1st
Please note: A current Letter of Standing from your Primary Board will be
needed with the application.
If you have a Primary out of state and a Secondary in state, letters from both
boards are required.

Local and state dues are paid to NABOR® unless state dues are paid to another Florida board at the time of joining

Biannual Billing: $720.00 every 6 months
Due dates: April 1st & October 1st
The Broker MLS is paid only one time per billing on the main office account
Additional offices pay only the Office MLS every 6 months
